I am passionate about complementary therapies, and the body’s self healing abilities. I work with a range of clients with varying reasons for using complementary therapies: from stress release and associated health problems to taking time out for relaxation.

My work is both structured and intuitive, adapting to the needs of each individual, as I regard each client as unique. You are likely to need a slightly different focus each time you have a treatment and so each treatment I give you will be tailored to how you feel on the day.

I practice and have a keen interest in Yoga, and am interested in all aspects of a natural and organic approach to health.

I am committed to continuous professional development by attending post-graduate courses in my chosen fields of Reflexology and Massage.
